Dear Members and Friends,

Marbella Jewish Community has set up a group of women in charge of creating projects which will help towards the building of the proposed Community school.The group asks all those interested to participate actively in its first project: the book "Aromas de Familia"

If you wish to participate you just have to submit the following:

   1. From one to three cookery recipes. They can be: Starters, Main Courses, and

       Desserts such as cakes, bread, etc. These recipes should come with their names,

       ingredients, method of preparation, how many people they serve...

   2. The full name of the person who has sent in the recipe as this will appear

        beside it in the publication.

   3. Telephone number and e-mail of the person who has sent in the recipe.

   4. You can also include an anecdote or a picture which refers to the recipe or any

        family custom.

   5. You can also send in a dedication to a family member or friend.

   6. Men, women or children can participate in this project.

   7. The recipes should be strictly Kosher.

Apart from the money collected from the sales of the book, its aim is also to transmit the diversity of Jewish culinary culture to the new generations as well as the different traditions expressed in the recipes.

The final date for submitting recipes will be January 31st 2011.
